Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the official conference secretariat.
Registration Cancellation
- Cancellations received on or before 30th September 2026
- Up to 75% refund of the registration fees
- Cancellations received between 1st October 2026 and 31st October 2026: Up to 50% refund
- Cancellations received on or after 1st November 2026: No refund will be applicable
- All refunds are subject to approval by the organizing committee.
No Show Policy
- No refunds will be provided for registered participants who do not attend the conference (20–23 November 2026).
Registration Transfer
- Registration transfer to another participant may be permitted upon prior approval.
- Requests must be submitted on or before 5th November 2026
Sponsorship Cancellation
- Sponsorship amounts are non-refundable once confirmed
- Any exception will be considered solely at the discretion of the organizing committee
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment
- Processing time: 10–15 working days
- Applicable bank, transaction, or administrative charges may be deducted
Conference Changes / Cancellation
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events, the organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the conference scheduled from 20–23 November 2026.
- In such cases, any refunds or adjustments will be reviewed and decided by the organizing committee, and their decision shall be final.
